What was evaluated?
The effectiveness of the PSH Sensitive Skin range as an adjuvant in the treatment of pyoderma and atopic dermatitis in a feline patient with Feline Atopic Skin Syndrome.
The patient presented with active erosive-ulcerative lesions, alopecia, erythema, and inflammation at the time of study initiation, representative of the typical clinical picture in moderate-to-severe feline atopic dermatitis.
Methodology
How it was carried out
Feline patient with a confirmed diagnosis of Feline Atopic Skin Syndrome with active lesions.
Veterinary treatment of pruritus combined with topical application of PSH Sensitive Skin Foam twice a day.
Objective measurement with SCORFAD scale (papules, erythema, excoriations, scales, alopecia) in veterinary review every 15 days.
60-day follow-up with 5 check-ups (day 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60).
