To purchase with professional rates, register in the "professional access" section on the right. You will receive an email with a password that will redirect you to a form you will need to fill out. Once we have verified with the form that you meet the professional requirements, we will notify you by email that you have been registered as such. PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Shipping cost Depending on the buyer's status, the minimum order for free shipping (4.95€) will be:
- Individuals: 30€ (VAT included)
- Professionals: 80€ (VAT included)
DELIVERY TIMES
Once the payment for the order has been validated and received, the delivery time will be approximately 72 hours. If there is no stock, the order will be supplied as soon as possible. During holiday months, delivery times may vary considerably.
RETURNS
If upon receiving your order you find that the package has any damage or defect, indicate on the delivery note that you received it in poor condition. If the breakage is evident, you may refuse the shipment. If any of the products arrive damaged, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement immediately, at no additional cost to you.
The maximum period for claims is 5 days from delivery.
PSH does not refund shipping costs in case of delays or non-compliance in deliveries attributable to the courier company or postal service.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR GOODS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of these goods.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
