From PSH, we want to express our support to all the people who have suffered the consequences of DANA, an unprecedented catastrophe in Valencia and its surroundings. We deeply regret the losses and pain that this phenomenon has brought and we want to convey our condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims. In these difficult times, we appreciate the efforts of those who are working tirelessly to provide help to those affected. We are with you!
  • Phone number for assistance to families of missing persons: 900 365 112 (calls only to provide information about family members who cannot be contacted).
  • For families of missing persons from Letur, this contact has also been enabled: 622 283 941.
  • For any type of emergencies, beyond missing persons, the corresponding phone number is: 112.
  • Casa Caridad is collaborating with the Valencia City Council to offer these basics to those affected. They are organizing with their team of volunteers, but any extra help needed will be communicated through their social media channels (@casacaridadvalencia on Instagram).
  • At the Pabellón del Vedat (Torrent, Valencia), donations of clothes of all sizes, blankets, diapers, and food are also needed. It is located at C/ Carrer del Sol, 2.
  • The Ribarroja City Council has also launched the collection of warm clothes and blankets at CEIP Cervantes (C/ Metge Fleming, 2).
  • In Madrid, they are also collecting shovels, buckets, non-perishable food, water, basic necessities, and clothes in good condition to be moved to the province.   • The Valencia CF Mestalla Stadium has become a Food Bank. From October 30 at 5 pm, their volunteers are collecting contributions at the stadium entrances on Avenida de Aragón.
  • The Casal de la Falla Arzobispo Olaechea San Marcelino has been set up as a collection point for clothes, shoes, underwear, food (for animals too), water, hygiene products, blankets, diapers, and any other necessary goods. (Calle del Professor Antoni Ubieto 3, Jesús)

  • The Chiva City Council, in Valencia, requires trailers, tractors, backhoes or similar, in addition to diesel fuel.

  • Cruz Roja is asking for donations through its website and has provided a phone number for donors: 900 104 971. Donations of 6 euros can be sent via Bizum (33512) and SMS (38092) with the word AYUDA.
  • Cáritas, in collaboration with the Valencia City Council, has launched a campaign to channel aid to Valencia and Albacete. The K-Project Animal Protection Society, in addition to temporary fostering for their animals, needs blankets and volunteers to remove water from their facilities. You can contact them through their Instagram: @kprojectanimaliarescue. At the canine residence CENCAVAL, they also need buckets, shovels, and volunteers. Miss Dog by Violeta Dimosa, a dog grooming salon, has made its facilities available to those affected. They have space to care for pets and need food and blankets.   • Given this situation, the recommendation of the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT) is to avoid traveling to the province of Valencia "so that the roads that are opened to traffic are used primarily for emergency services and for the provision of goods and services." The closed roads are as follows: the A-7 cut off at Sagunto, direction Alicante, by Simetes and Carrascalet; the A-3 in Chiva and 70 other conventional roads. In Castellón, the CV 130 in Albocasser-Tirig, CV-137 Càlig, CV 1486 El Borseral and CV-200 Almedijar-Aín are closed.
  • Regarding the train network, the Madrid-Valencia route is completely canceled, and Minister Óscar Puente announced that this situation will remain until further notice. In addition, trains are not running in the Valencian Community on lines C1 Valencia-Gandía, C2 Valencia-Mogente, C3 Valencia-Utiel, C5 Valencia Caudiel and C6 Valencia-Castellón.   • Additionally, several insurance companies have implemented psychological support lines: Mutua Madrileña (91 503 64 15), Mapfre (918 366 279), Allianz (900 101 92), AXA (900 901 282), Generali (900 300 600), Reale (900 455 900), Occidente (900 110 200), Abanca Seguros (900 815 140) and Zurich (900 104 936).
  • The Benimaclet Sports Pavilion, thanks to the collaboration of València Acull, has enabled this space for those who need it. It has about fifty places. Address: Calle de Daniel Balaciart, s/n, Benimaclet.
  • La Petxina Complex, located at Paseo de la Petxina, 42, Valencia.
