- Given this situation, the recommendation of the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT) is to avoid traveling to the province of Valencia "so that the roads that are opened to traffic are used primarily for emergency services and for the provision of goods and services." The closed roads are as follows: the A-7 cut off at Sagunto, direction Alicante, by Simetes and Carrascalet; the A-3 in Chiva and 70 other conventional roads.
