URGENT: Help to people affected by the DANA

URGENT COMMUNICATION DANA
From PSH we want to express our support to all the people who have suffered the consequences of the DANA, a catastrophe without equal in Valencia and its surroundings. We deeply regret the losses and pain that this phenomenon has brought with it and we want to convey our condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims. In these difficult times we are grateful for the efforts of those who are working tirelessly to offer help to those affected.

- Telephone number for assistance to relatives of missing persons: 900 365 112 (only calls to provide information about relatives who cannot be contacted).
- For relatives of missing persons from Letur, this contact has also been enabled: 622 283 941.
- For any type of emergency, beyond missing persons, the corresponding telephone number is: 112.
- Casa Caridad is collaborating with the Valencia City Council to offer these basics to those affected. They are organizing with their team of volunteers, but any extra help needed will be communicated through their social networks(@casacaridadvalencia on Instagram).
- At the Pabellón del Vedat (Torrent, Valencia) donations of clothes of all sizes, blankets, diapers and food are also needed. It is located in C/ Carrer del Sol, 2.
- The City Council of Ribarroja has also launched the collection of warm clothes and blankets in the CEIP Cervantes (C / Metge Fleming, 2).
- In Madrid they are also collecting shovels, buckets, non-perishable food, water, basic necessities and clothes in good condition to be transferred to the province. The addresses are: Calle Lucas Mallada, 1, Local 2 (from 14h to 22h), Calle Segundo de Mata, 1 (Renfe Pozuelo), leave donations at the porter's lodge, and Calle de Ardemans, 66 (Espacio Ardemans).
- In Toledo they also demand all kinds of basic necessities, shovels, clothes... in Calle Talavera de la Reina, 4 (Buca Bar).
- Valencia CF's Mestalla Field has become a Food Bank. Since October 30 at 17h, its volunteers are collecting contributions at the accesses to the stadium on Avenida de Aragón.
- The Casal de la Falla Arzobispo Olaechea San Marcelino has been set up as a collection point for clothes, shoes, underwear, food (for animals too), water, hygiene products, blankets, diapers and any other necessary goods (Professor Antoni Ubieto Street 3, Jesús).
- At the Pabellón del Vedat (Calle del Sol, 2, Torrent) they need clothes of all sizes, blankets, diapers and food.
- The City Council of Chivain Valencia, requires trailers, tractors, backhoes or similar, as well as diesel fuel.
- The City Council of Albal is asking for citizen collaboration to deliver medicines to the old people's home. In the following publication they detail everything they need.
- The Red Cross is asking for donations through its website and has made a 900 104 971 telephone number available to donors. Donations of 6 euros can be sent via bizum (33512) and SMS (38092) with the word AYUDA (HELP).
- Caritas, in collaboration with the Valencia City Council, has launched a campaign to channel aid to Valencia and Albacete. The accounts are EMERGENCIA DANA VALENCIA in Caixa Popular (ES19 3159 0078 5716 6338 6025) and Caixabank (ES02 2100 8734 6113 0064 8236). All the information is available on their web page.
- Different banks have enabled platforms to collect donations on their websites and social networks. Banco Sabadell, Caixabank, Abanca.

The shelter of the Protectora de Animales Modepran has been destroyed and they are asking for help to raise funds for its reconstruction, but, above all, they are asking for help to temporarily relocate their animals in foster families. Another Valencian shelter, located in Sueca, that demands citizen collaboration is El Refugio de Maria (@adoptavalencia on Instagram). They need to offer a home to their animals for at least 10-15 days while they rebuild their space and any help is useful: blankets, beds, towels, cans of food, feed for large and small dogs. From Clínica Veterinaria Lladruc ( c/ Jordi de Sanr Jordi 13, Valencia) they are collecting all this help for the protector. CENCAVAL kennels also need buckets, shovels and volunteers. They also need to take in their animals urgently. More than 120 animals: dogs, horses, donkeys, ducks and sheep. Road Pla del Quart (Aldaia, Valencia).
Miss Dog by Violeta Dimosaa dog grooming salon, has made its facilities available to those affected. They have space to care for pets and are in need of food and blankets.
Likewise, the Fundación para el Asesoramiento y Acción en Defensa de los Animales has collected in this post all the information necessary to know how to protect animals from different locations, and in their comments hundreds of people offer their help voluntarily.
- In view of this situation, the recommendation of the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) is to avoid traveling to the province of Valencia "so that the roads that are opened to traffic are preferably used for emergency services and for the provision of goods and services". The cut roads are the following: the A-7 cut in Sagunto, direction Alicante, by Simetes and Carrascalet; the A-3 in Chiva and other 70 conventional roads. In Castellón they are cut (CV 130 in Albocasser-Tirig, CV-137 Càlig, CV 1486 El Borseral and CV-200 Almedijar-Aín).
- As for the train network, the Madrid-Valencia route is completely cancelled, and the Minister Óscar Puente announced that this situation will be maintained until further notice. In addition, in the Comunitat Valenciana, trains on lines C1 Valencia-Gandía, C2 Valencia-Mogente, C3 Valencia-Utiel, C5 Valencia Caudiel and C6 Valencia-Castellón are not running. In Aragón, the Teruel-Valencia service is also suspended.
- To consult all the routes, the DGT has at its disposal a scorecard of roads affected by floods throughout Spain, which is constantly constantly updated. In addition, it is available to the user the Map of traffic conditions and incidents in real time.

- Psicólogas y Psicólogos Sin Fronteras has set up a free hotline for all those affected by the catastrophe (960 450 230).
- In turn, several insurance companies have implemented psychological helplines: Mutua Madrileña (91 503 64 15), Mapfre (918 366 279), Allianz (900 101 92), AXA (900 901 282), Generali (900 300 600), Reale (900 455 900), Occidente (900 110 200), Abanca Seguros (900 815 140) and Zurich (900 104 936).

- La Petxina Complex, located at Paseo de la Petxina, 42, Valencia.
